Os concorrentes participarão na prova inteiramente por sua conta e risco. Deverão consultar a RRV 4 – Decisão de competir. A autoridade organizadora, os seus colaboradores, juízes e qualquer outra entidade envolvida não aceitarão quaisquer responsabilidades por danos materiais, lesões pessoais ou morte, que tenham ocorrido antes, durante ou depois da Prova. Assumo o compromisso de cumprir as Regras de Regata à Vela e todas as outras regras que regem esta prova. Competitors will participate in the competition entirely at their own risk. They should consult RRV 4 - Decision to compete. The Organizing Authority, its collaborators, judges and any other involved entity shall not accept any liability for material damage, personal injury or death occurring before, during or after the Event.
