DESCRIPTION:Due to bad weather forecast for the next weekend of March 3 and 4\, the 6th Trophy Experimente Almada / BTL 2016 has been canceled due to security reasons. \n  \nIntegrated in the parallel animation of BTL 2018\, Almada City Hall\, in partnership with WPC – Windsurf Portugal Club\, operated by the School of Windsurfing elisiario.com and with the support of the Marina Parque das Nações announce the first regatta of the Windsurfing Circuit elisiario.com / Sol da Caparica that will take place on March 3 and 4\, 2018 in the water mirror of the Nautical Center of the Park of Nations the 6th Trophy Experimente Almada / BTL 2018. \n1. RULES\n1.1. The Race will be played according to the rules as defined in the Sailing Rules; \n1.2. In accordance with ISAF Regulation 20\, the Advertising Code may require all competitors to place advertising provided by the organization; \n1.3. When in conflict\, the racing instructions prevail over the race announcement. Changes to RRV63.7. \n2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION\n2.1. The event will be open to all sailing classes boards with width up to 95 cm; \n2.2. Eligible boards can sign up by filling out the online form\, along with the deposit / registration fee for the windsurfing school elisiario.com (NIB / IBAN: PT50.0036.0003.99100038680.53) until 18h00 on February 28 2018. \n2.3. You can also rent equipment eligible for event school to make the race (limited equipment available). The available equipment list is in the form online and will also be so requested. \n2.4. All sails will have to be identified with at least with number that is easily visible. \n3. DEPOSIT / REGISTRATION FEE\n3.1. The deposit / registration fee that will be 15.00 €\, must be made by bank transfer to NIB / IBAN: PT50.0036.0003.99100038680.53\, being obliged to send the proof by email to: info@elisiario.com; \n3.2. The organizing authority reserves the right to accept or not to register after the said deadline and\, in case of acceptance\, the deposit will be paid the registration fee and will not be returned; \n3.3. Competitors must personally confirm their registration at the secretariat of the event that will be located at the Marina Parque das Nações nautical center\, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 03 March 2018. \n3.4. The refund of the security deposit will be made upon personal confirmation of the presence at the secretariat of the competition from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on March 4\, 2018. Personal non-attendance turns the deposit into a non-refundable registration fee. \n  \n4. RACE PROGRAM\nSaturday:\n\n10h00 – 13h00 – Training and adaptation (for participants)\n10h00 – 12h00 – Registration\n13h00 – Skippers meeting\nGroup photography\n14h30 – First race of the day\n18h00 – Closure of first day activities\n\nSunday:\n\n10h00 – 13h00 – Training and adaptation (for participants)\n10h00 – 12h00 – Registration\n13h00 – Skippers meeting\nGroup photography\n14h30 – First race of the day\n18h00 – Prize delivery\n\n4.1. No more than 3 regattas per day will be held; \n4.2. The program will consist of 6 regattas; \n4.3. On the last day of the race\, no warning signal will be displayed after 5:00 p.m. \n5. RACING INSTRUCTIONS\nThe participants will be available at the secretariat of the competition\, starting at 10:00 am on 03 March 2018\, after confirming their registration. \n6. SCORE\nA race must be completed to validate the Trophy. \n7. PRÉMIOS\nPrizes will be awarded to the top three. \n8. DECLARATION OF LIABILITY\nCompetitors will participate in the competition entirely at their own risk. They should consult RRV 4 – Decision to compete. The organizing authority\, its contributors\, judges and any other involved entity will not accept any liability for material damage\, personal injury or death\, which occurred prior to\, during or after the Event. \n9. INSURANCE\nEach participating board must be covered by a valid third-party liability insurance policy\, with an amount appropriate to the activity. \n10. IMAGE RIGHTS\nBy participating in this event\, all participants\, their accompanying persons\, coaches\, team leaders\, supporters\, sports officials\, referees and all those involved in the event\, authorize the Organizing Authority (Lisbon Naval Association and Regional Sailing Association of the Center) to collect and disseminate its image\, granting\, free of charge and unconditionally\, on a perpetual basis\, the rights of use over all the audiovisual resources collected in this framework. \nBIG SUP EXPERIENCE PROGRAM\nThis year during the registration period (10am to 12pm) will also provide BIG Stand Up Paddle experiences for fair visitors who sign up at the CMA stand that will be at BTL. These experiences are intended for all people from the age of 8 who know how to swim. \nSaturday and Sunday:\n\n10h00 – Group reception for BIG Stand Up Paddle experiences\n10h15 – Briefing of the activity with all participants\n10h30 – Beginning of the experiments in the aquatic environment\n12h00 – End of activities in the aquatic environment\n\n
