Rules \n1.1. The Race will be played according to the rules as defined in the Sailing Rules; \n1.2. In accordance with ISAF Regulation 20\, the Advertising Code may require all competitors to place advertising provided by the organization; \n1.3. RULES\n1.1. The Race will be played according to the rules as defined in the Sailing Rules; \n1.2. In accordance with ISAF Regulation 20\, the Advertising Code may require all competitors to place advertising provided by the organization; \n1.3. When in conflict\, the racing instructions prevail over the race announcement. Changes to RRV63.7. \n2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION\n2.1. The event will be open to all sailing classes boards with width up to 95 cm; \n2.2.
