RENTAL CONDITIONS
PRICE
The progressive discount shown in the price list is valid only for pre-payment of rentals continued. Customers with prepaid reservations have priority in choosing equipment. The rent for alternate days is not available to progressive discount rate will therefore be based on the value of day 1 for each day of use or alternate use per hour. There is no refund for unused rental time.
RULES OF USE
The equipment can be used only by the person who is renting. If it is used by others, will be charged a full day rental for each additional user equipment.
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT
The person who rents the equipment is responsible for any damage. For damages on boards and / or sails that can be repaired will be charged the amount of the repair. Damage can not be repaired will be charged to the customer the cost of replacing their equipment. Repair and replacement costs are paid to the school. There is an insurance that covers damage, available for purchase upon arrival to school, but that does not cover the shore break.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
In situations that call in question the safety of sailors and / or conservation of the material, the school reserves the right to cancel the rental contract. Boaters who do not respect traffic rules in the water or are surfing a dangerous manner will be warned. If they continue to navigate dangerously, their contracts are canceled. Sailors who do not have the skills to use the equipment or are using it in a destructive way, also warned. If they ignore the warning, the contract will be canceled. Rental unused time will be returned to the contracts canceled.
