The chosen spot is Praia da Velha in Seixal, which is located in the Bay between the City of Barreiro and Seixal and which benefits from excellent wind conditions that accelerate towards the beach from the Tagus River, being a very safe beach without sea currents and with a length of 1 km.

In this course a method of teaching is preferably individual in (1 student / 1 coach) and also the use Bb-TALKING communication system.
Program:
- Introduction to Wind Foil;
- Safety;
- Get in and out of the water with wind foil;
- Up and down the board;
- Control of the board flying over the wind Foil;
- Tacking;
- Glide Jibe.
Need to know:
- Have good control on the board when to glide using the footstraps;
- Know how to sail well with harness.
