    *May be allowed to store until 2 sails-rigged if there is space in support. Each user can store the number of sails to understand, if properly packaged in its box.<\/p>\n

    STORAGE CONDITIONS<\/h4>\n

    LOCAL<\/span><\/p>\n

    In summer time, the Centro de Windsurf elisiario.com is located on the beach of S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o da Caparica, between Kontiki<\/strong> and P\u00e9 N\u00fa, where the equipment to which this service refers is stored.<\/span><\/p>\n

    SEASON<\/p>\n

    This service is only available from May to September, during which the Center is installed.<\/p>\n

    RULES OF USE<\/h5>\n

    The equipment stored can be used by the owner. If the equipment is used by third parties, beyond the express authorization of the owner of the equipment, will be charged an extra fee of 20 \u20ac which will revert to the center, for such use.<\/p>\n

    DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT<\/h5>\n

    The storage is done in a specific location for this purpose, so that the user is responsible for any damage created by third parties.<\/p>\n

    SAFETY<\/h5>\n

    Center has installed therein motion sensors and door opening, which are connected to an alarm central which is located inside the restaurant Bar P\u00e9 N\u00fa. Outside the center there is a light and siren sound that triggers the alarm. In P\u00e9 P\u00e9 na \u00c1gua Bar Restaurant is a permanent employee who oversees the security of the entire complex (P\u00e9 N\u00fa, P\u00e9 na \u00c1gua and Windsurf Center).<\/p>\n

    RIGHT OF REFUSAL<\/h5>\n

    The school reserves the right to cancel the contract whenever storage if the following situations:
    \nCarelessness or negligence in the treatment of center infrastructure and equipment of third parties;
    \nNot respecting a box that has been attributed;
    \nAbusive use by third parties of equipment stored without payment of a fee of 20 \u20ac;
    \nNonpayment.<\/p>\n
