Integrated in the celebrations of the Navy Day, the Nautical Club of Officers and Cadets of the Navy (CNOCA), in partnership with the WPC – Windsurf Portugal Club, operated by Windsurfing School elisiario.com announce the accomplishment of the Trophy Navy Day 2018, which will on 12 May at the Mar da Palha race course (Tagus estuary), next to Alfeite.<\/p>\n
1. Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.1. The Race will be played according to the rules as defined in the Sailing Rules;<\/p>\n 1.2. In accordance with ISAF Regulation 20, the Advertising Code may require all competitors to place advertising provided by the organization;<\/p>\n 1.3. When in conflict, the racing instructions prevail over the race announcement. Changes to RRV63.7.<\/p>\n 2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n 2.1. The event will be open to all sailing classes boards with width up to 95 cm;<\/p>\n 2.2. Eligible boards can sign up by filling out the online form, along with the deposit \/ registration fee for the windsurfing school elisiario.com (NIB \/ IBAN: PT50.0036.0003.99100038680.53) until 18h00 on May 4 2018;<\/p>\n 2.3. You can also rent equipment eligible for event school to make the race (limited equipment available). The available equipment list is in the form online and will also be so requested;<\/p>\n 2.4. All sails will have to be identified with at least with number that is easily visible.<\/p>\n 3. TAXA DE INSCRI\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n 3.1. The registration fee that will be 10.00 \u20ac, must be made by bank transfer to NIB \/ IBAN: PT50.0036.0003.99100038680.53, being obliged to send the proof by email to: info@elisiario.com;<\/p>\n 3.2. The organizing authority reserves the right to accept or not to register after the said deadline and, in case of acceptance, the fee will be 15\u20ac;<\/p>\n 3.3. Competitors must personally confirm their registration at the secretariat of the event that will be located at Clube N\u00e1utico de Oficiais e Cadetes da Armada (CNOCA), from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 12 May 2018.<\/p>\n 4. No more than 3 regattas per day will be held;<\/p>\n 4.2. The program will consist of 3 regattas;<\/p>\n 4.3. On the last day of the race, no warning signal will be displayed after 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n 5. RACING INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n The participants will be available at the secretariat of the competition, starting at 10:00 am on 12 May 2018, after confirming their registration.<\/p>\n 6. SCORE<\/strong><\/p>\n A race must be completed to validate the Trophy.<\/p>\n 7. PRIZES<\/strong><\/p>\n Prizes will be awarded to the top three in a ceremony to be held at a Naval Unit at a date and place to be announced in due course (predictably October \/ November).<\/p>\n 8. DECLARATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n Competitors will participate in the competition entirely at their own risk. They should consult RRV 4 \u2013 Decision to compete. The organizing authority, its contributors, judges and any other involved entity will not accept any liability for material damage, personal injury or death, which occurred prior to, during or after the Event.<\/p>\n 9. INSURANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n Each participating board must be covered by a valid third-party liability insurance policy, with an amount appropriate to the activity.<\/p>\n 10.
